A Refreshing Twist on Flavors with Every SIPP

Golden ABC introduces SIPP, a crafted café concept built on specialty drinks and designed to complement and elevate the shopping experience at PENSHOPPE.

Launched within the PENSHOPPE CLUBHOUSE at SM Mall of Asia, SIPP brings a new dimension to retail—creating space to pause, gather, and engage, all within the rhythm of the store. At its core, SIPP is anchored on one idea: “Not Your Usual Cup.”

Rather than positioning itself as a traditional coffee shop, SIPP offers a curated selection of specialty drinks spanning coffee, matcha, and tea-based creations—crafted to reflect creativity, familiarity, and a sense of discovery. The concept breaks away from conventional formats with its ready-to-pour system, where drinks are served entirely from tap—delivering a consistent, efficient, and visually engaging experience.

Leading the lineup are signature drinks like the Ube Latte, a Filipino-inspired iced latte that brings together bold coffee, ube sauce, ube foam, and otap for a sweet, earthy, and nostalgic take on a local favorite. Also on the menu are the Coffee Berry Fizz, a sparkling coffee soda finished with citrus and mint; the Coco Matcha Cloud, a refreshing non-coffee drink with vivid matcha foam over chilled coconut water; and the Shaken Black, a clean iced black coffee with a dried orange wheel for a bright citrus finish.

The selection also includes the Granola Oat Latte, a smooth honey oat milk coffee topped with oat cream and honey granola clusters, and the Raspberry Tea Fizz, a ruby-red sparkling tea with berry notes, soda water, dehydrated raspberries, and fresh mint.

All drinks are served iced in 12oz cups, with the full menu thoughtfully priced below P200, making it easy to explore and discover without hesitation.

SIPP started as a way to extend the PENSHOPPE experience beyond apparel,” shares Brandon Liu, VP for PENSHOPPE. “We wanted to create something playful, creative, and accessible—where drinks become another way for people to connect with the brand and with each other.

Visually, SIPP carries a vibrant and high-energy design language that complements the PENSHOPPE CLUBHOUSE while establishing its own identity—blurring the lines between shopping and lifestyle. Marking its launch, SIPP partnered with Manila-based artists Mark Weigh, JP Pining, and Jethro Olba to reinterpret PENSHOPPE’s iconic Crew Bear through their own creative lens—bringing local creativity into the space in a way that feels fresh and expressive.

More than a new offering, SIPP reflects how Golden ABC continues to evolve its ecosystem—expanding beyond product into experience, and creating new ways for customers to engage with the brand in everyday moments.
