The opening program featured remarks from Mr. Deng-Shi Yang, Deputy Representative of TECO in the Philippines, and Mr. Lysander Jaison P. Yang, President of the Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA), followed by a welcome address from Mr. Ease Huang. The ceremonial toast and group photo symbolized a shared commitment to strengthening cross-border tourism partnerships and building long-term, sustainable travel demand between Taiwan and the Philippines.
