Dubai premium grocery brand Spinneys set to anchor key Ayala Malls

  • The joint venture with ACX Holdings Corporation will open 12 stores across Metro Manila over the next four years, tapping into the growing demand for premium retail

ACX Holdings Corporation, the retail arm of top Filipino conglomerate Ayala Corporation, and Spinneys, the leading premium fresh food supermarket chain in the United Arab Emirates, will open 12 stores across Metro Manila beginning 4Q 2026.

This follows their September 2025 signing of a strategic partnership to bring Spinneys to the Philippines.

Under the joint venture, Spinneys will open its first locations at Ayala Malls U.P. Town Center in Quezon City and San Antonio Plaza Arcade in Makati City.
