Binulo Tagaytay: A New Home for Capampangan Cuisine

Binulo Tagaytay, a beloved Capampangan restaurant originating from Clark Angeles, finally opened its Tagaytay franchise. Located in the heart of Tagaytay City, Binulo Tagaytay brings the rich culinary heritage of Pampanga to the scenic landscapes of Tagaytay.

Founded by Augustine Roa and Aniela Tolentino, Binulo Tagaytay has quickly gained acclaim for its commitment to authenticity and excellence in Capampangan cuisine since its establishment in October 2023.

At Binulo Tagaytay, we are passionate about sharing the vibrant flavors and traditions of Capampangan cuisine with our community,” said Augustine Roa, co-founder of Binulo Tagaytay. “We are excited to embark on this new chapter in Tagaytay and look forward to welcoming guests to experience the true essence of Pampanga’s culinary heritage,” he adds.

Binulo Tagaytay’s menu showcases an array of familiar dishes, including signature favorites such as Pork Sisig, Pititian (Chicharon), Pangat na Ulang (River Prawn Soup cooked in bamboo or “Binulo” style), Kare-Kare, Morcon, Tibuk-Tibuk (Maja Blanca), and more. They also serve some exotic delicacies such as Batute (frogs) and Kamaro (crickets). Each dish is meticulously prepared following time-honored recipes passed down through generations, while other dishes are prepared in the traditional “Binulo” way where they are cooked inside bamboo, paying homage to the culinary traditions of the indigenous Aetas in Pampanga.

Binulo Tagaytay is committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, authenticity, and hospitality;, setting a new benchmark for Capampangan cuisine in Tagaytay City.
