80s-90s OPM NOSTALGIA LIVES ON: NEOCOLOURS RETURNS TO CITY OF DREAMS MANILA’S CENTERPLAY THIS OCTOBER
The renowned OPM band Neocolours is set to light up City of Dreams Manila’s CenterPlay once again, headlining its Concert Series on October 29, Wednesday at 9 p.m. The one-night-only performance promises to take fans on a heartfelt journey through the golden age of Filipino pop rock music.
Formed in the mid-’80s, Neocolours became one of the most influential OPM bands of the 1990s, defining an era with unforgettable hits like “Tuloy Pa Rin,” “Say You’ll Never Go,” “Kasalanan Ko Ba,” and “Hold On.” These timeless love songs continue to inspire covers and strike a chord in films, commercials, and television soundtracks, resonating with fans old and new through the years.
The concert marks another highlight in CenterPlay’s sold-out OPM Concert Series, which celebrates the country’s most beloved artists on the last Wednesday of the month in an intimate and immersive live music setting at the heart of the gaming floor.
The OPM Concert Series continue with Janno Gibbs on November 26, while Ariel Rivera and Jaya headline the special shows on December 3 and 17, respectively. Past featured artists are comprised of OPM icons Yeng Constantino, Jinky Vidal, Rey Valera, Raymond Lauchengco, Nina, Ice Seguerra, and The CompanY, among others.
Guests can look forward to a dynamic night of entertainment, with live band and DJ performances alternating from 8:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. For reservations, seats start at P2,500, inclusive of consumables such as bar bites, burgers, fries, and beverages. VIP Couch Seats for groups of eight are available at P20,000, while VIP Small Tables for groups of four are priced at P10,000, both inclusive of consumables.
