Rustan’s Iconic Christmas Celebration Returns

This year’s “Light up this Christmas with Rustan’s” campaign took center stage, heralding a post-pandemic rebirth and a celebration of the season’s joy and magic. The windows of Rustan’s came alive with a dazzling spectacle of larger-than-life lights, inspired by the radiant parols of the Philippines, enveloping visitors in a splendid abundance of merriment.

Beyond the windows, the light shone bright within. Notable attendees at Rustan’s Christmas launch included Sofia Andres, Phoemela Baranda, Rachel Peters, Feliz Lucas, Pinky Tobiano, Christalle Belo-Pitt, Vanessa Matsunaga, Cat Arambulo Antonio, LA Aguinaldo, Jeff Ong, GP Reyes and his daughter Olivia, Dani Camcam, Miko Carreon, and more.

Each floor had its own special activity. On the Men’s and Beauty floor at the first level, guests watched musical and dance performances by Ellipsis, Skydance Avenue, Kammerchor Manila, and more. Moreover, Rustan’s The Beauty Source hosted a “Holiday Beauty Hunt,” which challenged guests to find hidden Christmas ornaments in exchange for goodies. Simultaneously, the men’s area offered a plethora of exciting experiences, including a cocktail mixing and tasting session with Jura, a shoe-cleaning activity with Crep Protect, board games with Gaming Library, and instant photo printing and personalized postcards calligraphy at the Montblanc booth. Guests also tried their luck with Euroo’s spin-the-wheel, or tapped into their inner creativity by crafting a one-of-a-kind patchwork tote bag at the Vina Romero booth.

With their favorite wine, beer, or cocktails in hand–thanks to the Philippine Wine Merchants–everyone enjoyed the rest of the night as they explored the various attractions, activities, and displays in the upper levels.

On the Women’s and Fine Jewelry floor at the 2nd level, guests indulged in a variety of immersive activities. From classic games like card memorization and ring toss to a unique jewelry exploration experience, there were plenty to enjoy. There were also many snap-worthy opportunities like the 360 Camera Photo Booth located at The Gallerie, a Mirror Booth at the shoes and bags area, as well as a glam self-shoot experience at the Silver Vault area. 

On the Kids floor at the third level, guests discovered a variety of engaging activities for their little ones, such as Jenga by Meet My Feet, 3D Christmas Ornaments Making by MyFirst, Periwinkle’s “Style Me Up,” and educational activities by National Geographic, Learning Resources, and The Learning Journey. They even had a chance to win a prize by taking a photo at The Traveling Mommy Bag corner. Meanwhile, parents rejuvenated at the Key Coffee sampling booth while supervising their little ones, creating a delightful family outing all in one place.

What’s more, Rustan’s Makati’s 3rd floor underwent a magical transformation into a Christmas Wonderland known as “Twinkle Town.” Here, guests could meet and greet Santa Claus, indulge in pastries from Rebel Bakehouse, play around at Elf Academy, and even witness the enchanting spectacle of Elves in Skates.

Finally, on the Home floor at the 4th levels, patrons discovered an abundance of family entertainment including carnival games and a photo booth. Adding to the experience, guests were offered pizza and chocolates at the Breville and Theo & Philo sampling booths respectively. As for lucky shoppers, there were also special raffle prizes for grabs! All this were enjoyed along with wines and spirits from Philippine Wine Merchants.

The launch event signaled the return of the classic Rustan’s Christmas Registry, giving everyone the opportunity to shop at ease for loved ones during the holiday season. Adding another layer to the joyous occasion, Rustan’s is hosting a Charity Registry in partnership with a local welfare program, allowing patrons to extend a warm and generous hand to vulnerable children throughout the season.

Exclusive Promos to Light Up This Christmas

At the grand unveiling of “Light Up This Christmas with Rustan’s” campaign on October 24th, patrons enjoyed a variety of special promos ongoing until the rest of the holiday season:

For any minimum spend of PHP 10,000 on October 24th, patrons received a PHP 1,000 gift voucher, which can be used for their next transaction within October 25, 2023 to October 25, 2024.
