RLC Residences campaign projects received accolades anew at Marketing Excellence Awards Philippines 2023

RLC Residences, the residential division of real estate giant Robinsons Land, took home again multiple accolades at the recently held Marketing Excellence Awards Philippines 2023 at Shangri-La The Fort – this time for its top-performing product campaigns.

Le Pont Residences’ “Bridging You to Your Best Life” campaign won the Gold Award under the Excellence in Launch Marketing category—besting other brands. The campaign introduced Le Pont Residences to the public in January via a Grand Media and Consumer Launch that also highlighted its key features such as spacious living spaces with upgraded deliverables, smart home features and loggia, hyper-sized amenities spread out on multiple floors, and world-class address given its location within the renowned Bridgetowne Destination Estate in Pasig City. Following the event, Le Pont Residences was amplified through materials in various platforms such as social media and other digital platforms, press releases and media partnerships, on-ground events, and billboard features in Manila and at Times Square New York—a first for the brand.

SYNC by RLC Residences is recognized as the Silver trophy recipient of Excellence in Integrated Marketing category.

Aside from this, RLC Residences took home the Silver recognition under the Excellence for Integrated Marketing section for the “Live Amazing, Live in SYNC” campaign. Located along C5 in Pasig City, the campaign showcased the features that made SYNC an amazing home and investment choice for millennial modern urban dwellers as seen on multiple materials across social media, digital platforms and billboards and amplified by press releases and on-ground events. Among the features highlighted in the campaign are the strategic location of the project that is near essential establishments and central business districts, more than 20 indoor and outdoor amenities that caters to various lifestyles and pursuits, smart home features found in the units of SYNC for added security plus productivity upgrades and efficiently-sized units for a more convenient life.

Mantawi Residences receives the Bronze trophy for Excellence in Event Marketing.

Meanwhile, its Cebu project Mantawi Residences won two trophies—Silver in Excellence in Influencer/KOL Marketing and Bronze under Excellence in Event Marketing categories. Introduced to the public last April 14, RLC Residences hosted exclusive events for Cebu and Manila-based media, clients, and Cebu-based influencers to introduce the newest premium condo development in Cebu. RLC Residences brand ambassador Heart Evangelista flew to Cebu to celebrate, while known locals such as Paul Jake Castillo and Kaye Abad, Chase Cokaliong, Etienne Chantal, and Ram Mancelita graced the launch event and created multiple digital contents to amplify awareness for Mantawi Residences. Dubbed as “Cebu’s Frontier of Progress” Mantawi Residences is home to upscale living spaces with premium home deliverables, loggia, and smart home features plus above-standard amenities located within 1.3 hectare area within the development. With its strategic location along the progressive stretch of Ouano Avenue in Mandaue City, Mantawi Residences will soon be home to renowned lifestyle stores which will open at the Ground Floor.
