To claim their prizes, winners are required to present the following documents: (1) the winning raffle ticket, (2) the original registered mail, (3) a government-issued ID with a picture, and their (4) TIN number and TIN ID if the prize’s value exceeds 10,000. For those who can’t claim the prize in person, authorized representatives can do so with a signed letter of authorization, an original valid ID, and the winner’s documents.
