Established in 1936, founded by the late Doña Engracia “Aling Asiang” Cruz-Reyes and her husband, Justice Alex A. Reyes, the Aristocrat has grown into a restaurant serving the same signature flavors and quality home-cooked Filipino dishes by Lola Asiang used 80 years ago to serve her very own children.

The celebration of 80^th Anniversary last Nov 28, 2016 at The Aristocrat Restaurant Roxas Boulevard Branch will begin with the Asia’s Got Talent Grand Champion, El Gamma Penumbra, interpreting how Aristocrat grows through the years. The event will continue by presenting the following: 1920 Degustacion – Pancit Luglug, Dinuguan with Puto, Lumpiang Ubod and Arroz Caldo. 1936 Degustacion – The Adobo Sandwich. 1950 – Chicken Barbecue.

For the past 80 years, The Aristocrat Restaurant has been successful. Now, with more than 800 employees and 12 locations and counting. The success of Aristocrat is attributed to the clear and simple vision of Lola Asiang to serve quality Filipino comfort food.
