The holidays has officially started and to kickstart the season is The Library Cafe’s Holiday Drinks now available for a limited-time only. Concocted by its resident barista Baron Dizon, kiddie parties are the inspiration for this special line of hot and cold drinks to enjoy this coming season.

First up is the Choco Mallows Latte. A classic mix of milk and chocolate syrup topped with crushed cookies and marshmallows. Have it your way either hot or cold. Enjoy the flame-torched top that gives this drink some texture and additional ‘toasted marshmallow’ flavor that will surely be a sweet treat for any kid or a kid at heart.

Served either hot or cold, the White Mallows Latte on the other hand is a drink with more caffeine hit. A mix of an espresso shot (or two), milk, marshmallows, and a topping of torched mallows and white chocolate cookies, this is a drink reminiscent of childhood for grown-ups.

And the star of the Christmas concoction range—the Affogato Supreme. A shot of espresso poured over two scoops of vanilla ice cream topped with a slice of coffee brownie and some crushed cashew. This drink is served on a martini glass evoking the merry-making vibe of the holiday season.
