Founded in 1973, Tahanan Walang Hagdanan, Inc. was established to provide programs, services, and assistance to People With Disabilities (PWDs). Located in Cainta, Rizal, the compound of Tahanan Walang Hagdanan, Inc. serves as a home and workplace for almost a hundred PWDs.
