Sheraton Manila Hotel

The people behind the revamp of S Kitchen and The Lounge: Executive Chef Kiko Santiago, General Manager Anna-Liza Vergara, Cluster Director F&B Mo Ali, and F&B Service Manager Marie Felix.

S Kitchen redefines their lunch and dinner buffet spread to a Steak and Meat All-You-Can-Eat feast! Indulge in an endless stream of top-quality meats such as U.S. beef tenderloin, Certified Angus short ribs bone-in, beef top blade, U.S. beef chuck eye, top sirloin, Spanish pork belly, and more.

This new concept takes inspiration from a ‘market-style’ butcher’s block that offers every type of meat that nature has to offer. Apart from the variety of beef and pork cuts, dive into the array of seafood such as blue crab, tiger prawns, mussels, and white shell clams along with unlimited serving of side dishes, cold cuts, antipasti, and dessert. Enjoy this flavorsome cuts of meat as well as your Asian and Filipino favorites with bottomless drinks, and a glass of wine for P2,888 nett per guest.

Highlight of the night is the lechon baka (roasted beef) carving station displayed upon entering S Kitchen

The carving station features a rotisserie with massive lechon baka, pork belly, and chicken.

A variety of quality meat cuts are also on display.

Diners can choose their preferred meat while the chefs prepare it to the guest’s liking.

Adding to the excitement in time for the holidays is the reopening of The Lounge. After almost two years, this casual pub now doubles as a café called Bakery by The Lounge that offers grab-and-go snacks starting at P70 nett from sandwiches, cold cuts and cheese, freshly-baked pastries such as cupcakes, cookies, and cakes. Guests can still enjoy The Lounge cocktails and mocktails such as The Midnight Fizz for P525, a mix of Chivas 12 year old, fresh calamansi juice, lemon grass infused syrup, crème de violette, tea, fresh juices starting at P210, and fresh fruit smoothies for P270.

Aside from the meats, diners can also enjoy sustainable seafood from tiger prawns, mussels, clams, and crabs.
