Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Acmad Rizaldy P. Moti (2^nd from left) and National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Marcelino P. Escalada, Jr. (2^nd from right) led the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the construction of Pag-IBIG’s corporate headquarters inside the NHA main compound in Quezon City, at the launch of the BALAI Filipino (Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive Filipino Communities) program. Under the MOU, NHA will prepare the Project Feasibility Study and Technical plans, and will take charge of public bidding, construction, and implementation of the project; Pag-IBIG will finance it. Cosico, Chairperson of Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) and Pag-IBIG Board of Trustees Eduardo D. del Rosario, HUDCC Secretary General Atty. Falconi V. Balba. “This aligns with President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s directive for all government offices to provide efficient, timely, and corruption-free public service. Having our own CHQ will enable Pag-IBIG to serve our members better, and help Secretary del Rosario make his brainchild, the BALAI Filipino program, a success,” Mr. Moti said. (END)
