Pag-IBIG’s Affordable Housing Program, with an interest rate of as low as 3%, is our response to President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s directive to put emphasis on serving the minimum- and low-wage earners. This also aligns with Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) Chairperson Eduardo D. del Rosario’s BALAI Filipino (Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive Filipino Communities) program,” Mr. Moti said.
