Pag-IBIG Fund recognizes top partner-developers in South Luzon. Pag-IBIG Fund recognizes its top ten partner-developers in South Luzon based on housing loan takeouts during its Home Lending Accomplishment Report for the 1st half of 2017, held in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. For the first semester, Pag-IBIG financed the purchase or construction of 5,069 housing units in South Luzon, valued at P3.96 Billion.
