“With every mile traveled, city ventured, stamp on your passport, your journey will reach a new degree- it’s only fitting that you carry a bag that reflects your movement,” says Creative Director, Victor Sanz. “19 Degree truly represents the art of intelligent design; when concepting the collection, we approached it with the question ‘How can we make our design less elementary and more elevated than what is already on the market?’ We felt our customer deserved a better design and an overall better product that not only performs, but looks cool while performing.”

This premium collection features a reinforced framecase design—with two snap closures for carry-on bags and three snap closures for check-in bags—and die-cast corner caps for additional protection. The interior is expertly appointed with the finest aesthetic and organizational features including, a lightweight lining with an embossed diamond patternthat complements the unique exterior pattern.

19 Degree will be offered in the full range of carry-on and check-in sizes, from an International Carry-On through an Extended Trip Packing Case. All styles will feature integrated low-profile TSA locks, TUMI Tracer^®, retractable molded top and sidecarry handleswrapped with leather detailing, and a patented X-Brace 45^® telescoping handle system crafted from lightweight-yet sturdy aircraft-grade aluminum, which contributes to the reduced weight of the bags. The four dual-spinning recessed wheels are engineered to offer effortless maneuverability and provide greater packing capacity inside. These styles, offered in Silver and Matte Black,will retail at TUMI retail stores worldwide .

Taking inspiration from 19 Degree aluminum, TUMI  launches a polycarbonate 19 Degreecounterpart collection; equal parts stylish and lightweight. The polycarbonate assortment, is masterfully wrapped in a special film purposefully employed to reflect light when the bag is on the move.
