Adding another culinary pride to the roster of top-rating restaurants, Marriott Hotel Manila opens Man Ho, a 140-seater Chinese Restaurant that highlights authentic Cantonese dishes skillfully crafted by a team of Chinese chefs headed by veteran Executive Chinese Chef, Law Wing Wui.

Mr. Kingson Sian (President of Traveller’s International Hotel Group), Mr. Steve Reilly (Chief Operating Officer of Traveller’s International Hotel Group), and Marriott Manila’s Executive Committee and Culinary Masters led the ribbon cutting to officially launch Man Ho. Celebrity host Tim Yap entertained the crowd and invited them to join the countdown to 12:38pm, the auspicious time to officially open the restaurant’s doors.

Chef Law initiated the traditional incense ceremony to the God of Heaven and Earth and the momentous chopping of the suckling pig to bring in prosperity and good fortune for the restaurant. Adding amusement and cheer to the festivity are the Dragon and Lion dancers who took part in the celebration to also attract good luck and wealth. The prime media, celebrities, industry influencers, VVIP guests and other notable personas from the Chinese society tasted the extensive exquisite dishes.
