Guests can take a break and indulge in an all-you-can-eat weekend surprise at Traders Hotel, Manila’s home of authentic Japanese cuisine, Kitsho Japanese Restaurant and Sake Bar.  A delectable spread of dishes awaits them at its Japanese lunch or dinner buffet for only P888 nett per person every Saturday  and Sunday starting September.
Guests will be turning Japanese as they enjoy a wide range of fresh sushi and sashimi, such as Maguro (Tuna), Norwegian Salmon, Tamago Yaki (Egg Roll), Kappa Maki (Cucumber Roll) and California Maki, alongside such exquisite dishes as Tori Karaage (Deep‑Fried Chicken), Vegetable and Ebi (Shrimp) Tempura, Japanese Curry, Yasai Itame (Stir-Fried Vegetables) and many more.
The action station offers tender U.S. Beef Sukiyaki mixed with vegetables boiled in a rich, savory broth.  They can complement the whole meal with Chahan (Japanese Fried Rice), Miso Soup and Mugicha, a traditional Japanese tea made of roasted barley served hot or cold.
Kitsho’s dishes are infused with Japanese influences, each one carefully prepared and attended to by Japanese Executive Chef Masahiro Mizumoto.
Born and raised in Fukuoka, Japan, Chef Masahiro has devoted 28 years of experience and talent to mastering the art of Japanese cuisine.  Authenticity and freshness are some of his secrets to serving a flavorful meal as he does his own market of ingredients every day.
